Adventure Game Studio is the open source solution to create your own point and click adventure games.
I contribute as a developer, even if not the most active one. Thanks to everyone involved, many bugs have been squashed a new features introduced.
At the moment of writing there are two versions being developed:
- 3.x branch that mostly receives bugfixes and keeps retrocompatibility with pre-existing games
- 4.x branch where new features and compatiblity-breaking upgrades are introduced
There’s also a custom fork I created for Wretcher where I sometimes test new features, based on the 4.x branch.
